Inspiration for a room design can come from literally anywhere, even the elements themselves. At our firm, we typically start with asking our prospective clients what sort of mood they would like to create for their home environment, and recently I have been wondering what kinds of moods the elements of nature could evoke? I thought it would be fun to explore this by partially creating four unique luxury bedroom concepts. Any of these room concepts you will see in this series can be fleshed out further if you desire to hire our firm and expand upon them to create an actual space in your home. We would love to see any of these spaces actually come to life.

When I think of earth I think of feeling cozy, rich and homey. Neutrals and earth tones tend to evoke these feelings and therefore tend to appeal to a large number of people. I also decided to add a touch of glam with the gold accents because it only seemed fitting that a precious metal from the earth be included as a part of this concept. God is, after all… from the Earth!
