El Martinez

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Born and raised in Texas, El has been interested in design since she was a youngster working with her Pa at his contracting company. Combining this heritage, she graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interior Design and Family and Consumer Sciences. Her degree has led her to opportunities as an intern at the Design District in Houston, a Design Assistant in Austin, and a Designer in both Las Vegas and now, Austin.

El loves projects that require lots of attention to detail. She also loves creating CAD drawings and focusing on all the elements required to create floor plans and elevations. She especially loves getting to interact with and know her clients so she can create the most suitable and comforting spaces in their homes. El is very excited to expand her design knowledge and continue to learn new design skills every day.

In her free time, El enjoys time with family and friends, being outdoors, and enjoying the area’s lakes and rivers. She also enjoys checking out all the new places that Austin has to offer and traveling.
