West Lake Hills Black and Gold Condo
Our senator client purchased this condo in a prime location in West Lake Hills many years ago. His career has taken him out of Austin to Washington, D.C. on a regular basis, and his busy schedule has not allowed him to put much time or thought into his place. With the recent combination of grandkids visiting, his travel schedule slowing down, and the possibility of selling in the next few years, he finally got to thinking about updating so that he can enjoy it while he's living there. We are fairly confident that after the transformation takes place he is going to be having second thoughts about moving.
Since our client is considering possibly moving to be closer to his grandkids, we are mainly focusing on just replacing and updating construction finishes. This will go a long way toward giving his condo a much needed face lift.
His original master bathroom has enough mirrors to make a discotheque owner proud. Wait until you see what happens when all of those mirrors come down and get replaced with some unique framed mirrors, updated finishes and gorgeous wall sconces.
