If you are reviewing the sites of design firms you will often times notice that designers will indicate that they listen, and yet their portfolio reflects the same style of room over and over. You will notice right away when looking through our Gallery that each interior we create is different from the next, and this is because we do what our message indicates and not only listen to what you want but create it as well.

We will have you complete an extensive initial questionnaire before we even have our first meeting or step foot into your home. This in-depth lifestyle questionnaire dives into everything from how many children and pets you have, to what colors you like and dislike. We will also ask that you send us images of spaces that you love. Your designer will be able to review all of this information so that when you have your first meeting, your designer can discuss your completed questionnaire with you face-to-face, introduce you to the firm's staff, and review our proprietary systems that make our firm not only one of the most creative, award winning firms in Austin, but also one of the most efficient with implementation.


We’ll schedule a complimentary in-office consultation with our designer to get to know you, your needs and your lifestyle. Send us photos of your space, spaces you love and fill out a detailed online questionnaire. Then, we’ll provide a custom scope of work to estimate each detail of your design project including your first on-site visit.

Upon approval of your scope of work, your designer will visit your home and take necessary measurements. She will then fully design your space and select all furnishings needed for your project to be purchased through our firm.

Once your designer has completed your space, we will schedule an in-office appointment to go over your design. We will also provide you with a link to view your full presentation, including product pictures and prices, through which you have the ability to approve your products and submit your deposit payment should you wish to do so electronically. Based on your feedback we will refine our concepts if needed to ensure you are happy with your new design before the ordering process begins.

Our firm will seamlessly handle the ordering and installation process for you project from concept to completion. We will keep you informed every step of the way with weekly updates. Detailed specifications will be provided for each fully custom piece.

Our project manager will work with you to assure your project is handles in the most efficient manner. As your items are received safely at our warehouse, we will email you photos and you will be able to submit your remaining balance payments through your interactive presentation.  Once all of your product has arrived, we will schedule a single delivery appointment at which your designer will be present to oversee the delivery and arrangement of all are and accessories, and to put the finishing touches on your new space. Drapery, upholstery work, and other locally made items may be scheduled as separate installation appointments.
