We were introduced to this client by one of our favorite builders. The condos at the 5 Fifty Five are all amazing but this one still had standard builder-grade finishes for everything. This condo had always served as a second home for our client to stay at for the UT games, but as he was nearing retirement, his plan was to entice his wife to come to Austin more and spend more time here.
