THE FIVE STEP COMMERICAL DESIGN PROCESS

As a busy professional, do you really have the time to do it yourself? Do you really want to take a chance that your brand messaging is not being properly represented? Your interiors will speak volumes to your market about who your business is and will contribute greatly to your bottom line. If your desire is to have your business speak to your market by creating an appropriate environment that is conducive to your business model, then you have come to the right place. Our design firm will work to understand your vision and implement it for you through your interiors. Employees are more productive when working in a beautiful and creative environment, and your clients will make judgments about your business establishment from the moment they walk through the door. Great interiors equal great business. Our goal is to understand your business from the first moment you contact our firm. You will receive an initial questionnaire, and then your designer will schedule a complimentary office meeting or phone conference to go through another detailed questionnaire. Our biggest strength is listening and being able to hear what your objectives are to help create the business image and the experience you want for your clientele. We invite you to view our Success Stories to see what our many satisfied clients have had to say. We don't create cookie cutter business spaces. We create boutique experiences unique to your values, mission and vision.

Send us photos of your space if available, spaces you love and fill out our online questionnaire. We’ll schedule a complimentary phone consultation with our designer to get to know you, your business and your brand image. Then, we’ll provide a custom scope of work to estimate each detail of your design project including your first on-site visit.

Upon approval of your scope of work, our designer will meet with you and any other decision makers on your project, such as your project manager, architect, builder, or remodeler. We will work closely with your project team to ensure the construction process goes smoothly and adheres to all building permits and codes.

We will schedule showroom appointments to select all hard selections, send appointment reminders, and handle rescheduling if needed. Your designer will work closely with you and your team to ensure the overall budget and final design of your project remains intact. Once all selections have been made, we will provide you and your team with a Construction Finish-Out Schedule outlining the details of all selections made.

When your project is to the point that interior design decisions can be made, your designer will select all furnishings needed for your space, considering the space plan, style, color scheme, and materials needed for your commercial interior. Once your designer has completed your space, we will schedule a phone consultation to go over our recommendations, and provide you with a link to view your full presentation, including product pictures and prices, through which you have the ability to approve your products as well as submit your deposit payment should you wish to do so electronically. Based on your feedback we will refine our concepts to ensure you are happy with the design before the ordering process begins.

Once the product estimates are approved and a deposit has been received, our firm will seamlessly handle the ordering and installation process for you project from concept to completion. We will keep you informed every step of the way with weekly updates. Detailed specifications will be provided for each fully custom piece.

We will determine the best process for delivery and installation of your project based on project size, number of spaces/offices, etc. When working on multiple spaces at the same time, it may make sense to install your project as two or more deliveries. Drapery and other window covering installations will often be handled as a separate appointment. Our project manager will work with you to assure your project is handled in the most efficient manner, and your designer will be present for your installation appointment to oversee the delivery and arrangement of all final art and accessories, leaving your commercial space set up and ready for business.
